His expertise spans business acquisitions, property acquisitions, due diligence, feasibility analysis, capital alignment and strategic development opportunities.

Supported by advanced qualifications in business, building and investment disciplines, Garry has coordinated, negotiated and collaborated with investors, developers, landowners, business owners, consultants, contractors and capital partners to identify opportunities and create commercially viable outcomes.

Complementing his acquisitions expertise is a strong construction and development background, with direct exposure to residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects exceeding $2 billion in aggregate value.
